Should the president have the power to issue executive orders? Explain your reasoning.?

Executive Orders are necessary for the President because of the balance of powers. Congress has powers to p laws, the Supreme Court has the power to make rulings that effectively make laws (you can do this, you can't do that, etc). So the President must be able to issue his own laws, or Executive Orders. All branches can balance each other (new laws, court rulings, constitutional amendments), so EO keep the balance
