Cut up your beef roast into steak size portions. roll them in flour. I season my flour with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brown the roast steaks on the stove, do not cook through. Remove steaks from frying pan add them to your crock pot. Then take a can of cream of mushroom soup mix with 1/2 can water, and one package of onion soup mix. Pour the mixture over the steaks cook on low about 4 hours, serve with mashed potatoes. Use the sauce as your gravy. Yummm! Guys love this recipe!
