Was Bill Clinton drunk again on national television?

When he was standing behind Hillary in while she was bragging about her great Indiana victory? He sure looked red-faced and was pulling his trademarked long sad face. You'd think such a seasoned actor could have done a better job of pretending to look happy. Or was he actually pretending to look out of sorts on purpose? Hmmm...
