Spitting ongoing neighbour thing?

im at war with my neighbour its been going on for months, basically this evening my 10 year old was stood outside at the front door, my neighbours sister leant over my bins and said dirty f*****g tramps and then spat and it only just missed him, is this some sort of offence?
