Should I pay NCO if they have my "nickname" instead of legal name?

I opened an account with sirius sat radio and decided it was not for me. I decided to cancel my account. Later on they hit me with a $100 bill stating that it was a fee for cancelling early. Now this account is with NCO and they sent me a bill. Instead of my legal name, they have my nickname. Should I pay this?
