My laptop crashes i.e. restarts automatically while resuming from sleep.?

While resuming it shows a blue screen KERNEL_DATA_PAGE_ERROR and showing "pci.sys" in the bottom. This problem is occurring since 3 months. Initially I thought it was operating system problem, but same problem occurred in Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. I think there is a hardware issue.
