I think I am trying to be scammed in some way? Im serious this is a weird not-typical case?

Definitely a scam, don't get involved. Whenever a random person starts talking to you about money, ESPECIALLY moving money in or out of your own account, it will not be legitimate. The best thing to do is to ignore it and perhaps block the email address.
